Kirkcaldy Civic Society books have been produced on a regular basis since 1981.They can be found in some shops around the town and the local Library has a collection. We sell the books, along with pens, badges etc., at our meetings and events.

On Saturday 22nd April 2006, between 10am and noon, a KCS publication was launched at Ottakers Bookshop on Kirkcaldy High Street.
The book ‘Fife's Bridges’ was written by committee member Robin Smith
Over thirty books were sold in the two hour session.
'Fife's Bridges' will be available at various outlets throughout Fife.
Kirkcaldy Civic Society would like to thank the staff in Ottakers (now Waterstones) for making the event a success.
KCS books can also be obtained from the Fife Family Historical Society
The books are updated at regular intervals and show the changes that have taken place in Kirkcaldy over the years.
The Walkabout series of books include routes to follow around the town.

has been produced and printed by the society.
