KIRKCALDY CIVIC SOCIETY
A deputation from the committee of KCS arrived at the Scottish Parliament on Wednesday 21st February 2007 to lodge a petition of nearly 3,500 names in an attempt to prevent the sale of a section of Ravenscraig Park by Fife Council. The park was gifted to the people of Kirkcaldy by Sir Michael Nairn in 1929.
