THREE STANES PLAQUE

KIRKCALDY CIVIC SOCIETY

Mr. Alistair Robertson, who lives and works on Dunnikier Estate, unveiled a new KCS plaque marking the site of the 'Three Stanes' on the bridge across the busy A92 road.

Stones (stanes) in the area mark the boundary of the three large estates at one time owned by the Oswald, Rosslyn and Ferguson families.
