One of the most difficult things we find is to keep track of changes in the town...

...when a shop opens/closes/changes name,

...when a new amenity, such as e.g. a cinema, opens/closes/changes name,

...when a new service such as a new town bus route/travel service starts up,

...when any new builds/demolitions take place,

...when there's a serious fire/flood in the town and so on.
