On Sunday 24th June 2007 'Oliver Cromwell' and his 'Lady Elizabeth' visited Ravenscraig Castle at the KCS annual bbq. The couple were led by our drummer down the path leading to the historic castle. After entering the courtyard, Oliver Cromwell addressed the crowd and the event was underway. Medieval Methil entertained people with displays of crafts such as chain mail making. As usual rooms of the castle normally locked were open for people to explore, this is always a popular part of the event. |

To end the event the raffle was drawn and Mr David Galloway,
Vice Chairman of KCS, gave the Vote of Thanks.

The civic society would like to thank everyone who
came to the event and we hope you enjoyed the afternoon.
